I would totally watch this cartoon, it could probably only be made in France, which ironic, given the author's american origin. This is a wonderful interpretation of the actor from the TV series, very sculptural, elegant simplification of the shoulder and neck area. The palette reflects the desert of the Dothraki, which is also very nice. The loose linework even plays into the notion of a hand drawn poster. The only negative is that it hews to closely to the character as portrayed by the actor. The description of the character in the books includes bells and braids and other details that were not used in the series, and could add a lot of dimension and character to your portrayal. In a "wanted" poster format it could be difficult to portray all of those elements, but in a broader shot I think you could have all sorts of fun with silhouette and acting.
Bottom line - this is a well executed illustration of the TV character - bonus points if you can find ways to bring the character to life with additional details from the book or in a broader shot.
